RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, It you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund (This does not include personalised or custom items, which are excluded from this policy)
All eligible returns must be returned within 30 days days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an eligible item, please email help@cambridgeworkshop.co.uk
Once confirmed we will issue a return reference and return address.
Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your eligible return we will contact you to confirm receipt and begin to process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
