Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order placed with us.

Delivery Options

We offer free Standard Royal Mail - Second Class shipping on all orders.
Express delivery may also be available at an additional cost - which will be calculated during the checkout process.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders are shipped weekdays - Monday to Friday
As all products are produced and personalised to order, it takes some time to complete each one. For all orders received before 5pm, we aim to ship next working day.
Shipping is currently only offered to UK addresses

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information refer to our terms.
