When ordering please double check you have entered your chosen pets name correctly.
We recommend uploading only high-resolution photos for your pet portrait image. Images shared over social media are often compressed to a lower quality, so if your images are from Whatsapp, Facebook, or other social platforms please try and share a higher quality version if you can.
